Our principles

  1. Attitude to freedom: personal, economic, civil, and political freedom as a whole. You are free in everything, but your freedom does not interfere with the freedom of others. To be in the top 20 countries in the world in terms of these parameters.
  2. Tax system: simple, universal (no exemptions), flat tax rates. Tax bases: 1) retail turnover of goods and services, 2) excisable goods (alcohol, tobacco, energy products), 3) personal income; 4) tax on withdrawn capital for legal entities. Capital amnesty – 0%.
  3. Government: small government. Strictly limited functions, “dying shirt”: restrictions on inflation, public debt, budget deficit, and the size of state assets. The state is prohibited from engaging in commercial activities. Most public spending is at the local level, i.e., decentralization.
  4. Property: protection and full respect for private property. Transparent and full privatization of 3,600 state-owned enterprises (excluding strategic ~10%). Private property is more efficient and moral.

Our mission: to unite and consolidate civil society around the principles mentioned above.
