On October 4, the first working meeting organized by the Free Nation public movement was held with the participation of heads of united territorial communities, decentralization experts, businessmen, and members of the active public. The event was devoted to discussing the budget for 2024 and opportunities to ensure the development of ATC's and increase the defense capability of Ukraine.

Details of the event

The participants discussed how to provide ATC’s with sufficient financial resources for effective development during the war, when most businesses have closed, especially in the frontline regions.

Special attention was paid to decentralization and improving defense capabilities. Participants discussed ways to strengthen regional and local governance structures to ensure greater efficiency in the use of resources and coordination of activities at the local level.

This event was an important step in the joint efforts of citizens and authorities to ensure the development of ATC’s and improve Ukraine’s defense capabilities. The Free Nation public movement believes in the powerful development of the country and strengthening its defense capabilities through joint efforts and constructive dialogue. We have a lot of work to do, but only together we can achieve the desired results!
