On December 8, a roundtable discussion on the role of NGOs in the rule of law was held in Dnipro. The meeting was organized by the “Free Nation” libertarian public movement, which holds similar events throughout Ukraine.

Ilya Fedorenko, leader of the NGO “Constitutional and Legal Congress”, emphasized:

Firstly, we want to establish communication with local organizations, because sooner or later each of us faces problems that leave us at a standstill and without understanding of what to do.

Results

The Libertarians signed more than thirty memorandums with NGOs. They also initiated the creation of an organizing committee to draft a bill on public organizations in Ukraine.
