Our position on deregulation and economic freedom
In Ukraine today, permits and licenses are often not about safety — they are about control.
When a bureaucrat has the power to approve or deny your right to work, corruption inevitably follows. Each license becomes an opportunity to “ask for something.”
What’s the problem?
Overregulation kills entrepreneurship.
Opening a small coffee shop, repairing household appliances, or selling handmade goods at a local fair — these should not require state approval.
It slows down innovation and initiative.
Entrepreneurs spend weeks or months waiting for permissions instead of creating jobs and serving their communities.
Licensing ≠ safety.
Government oversight should only apply where there is a real risk to life, health, or the environment — not everyday services and low-risk work.
What we believe:
✅ We advocate for deregulation as a key condition for economic development.
✅ We support open access to professional activity — where skill and quality matter more than bureaucracy.
✅ We strive for a free economy where individuals are not guilty simply for trying to work.
Freedom means not having to ask for permission to live and work.
🔓 At Free Nation, we believe Ukraine must unleash its entrepreneurial spirit — by removing unnecessary regulations and creating equal opportunities for all.
🟡 Join us. If you believe in open markets, individual freedom, and a post-Soviet Ukraine that chooses liberty over control — let’s build it together.
