Professional and Public Activities
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, he founded the Charitable Foundation “Stay with Ukraine – Kharkiv”, which implements humanitarian, social, and volunteer programs. Under his leadership, the foundation carries out:
- Supplying medical institutions in Kharkiv and the region with medicines, hygiene products, and food;
- Conducting humanitarian missions in de-occupied areas and active combat zones;
- Supporting children deprived of parental care;
- Animal protection and assistance programs;
- Providing Ukrainian Armed Forces units with vehicles, personal protective equipment, heating, and essential supplies.
The foundation unites over 70 permanent volunteers and maintains stable operational processes to ensure uninterrupted activities in the region.
As Head of the Kharkiv regional branch of the public movement “Free Nation”, Denys Bykasov coordinates civic initiatives, interacts with local authorities, state bodies, and volunteer organizations. His work focuses on developing regional projects, strengthening societal resilience, and fostering effective collaboration between citizens and institutions.
Collaboration and Partnerships
Through a systematic approach, he ensures partnership cooperation with government representatives and businesses, enabling rapid response to community needs and delivering assistance to residents of the Kharkiv region under martial law.
